Ensuring the Best Experience

At Birch Salon & Gallery/AVEDA, we go to great lengths to make sure our valued salon guests have the best experience possible. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. Please feel free to email or call with any questions you may have.

Cancellations And Reschedulings:

We appreciate at least a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling notice. This gives us an opportunity to work from our wait list.

 Appointments cancelled within a 24 hour time frame: 

50% of the appointment value will be charged.

No-show appointments:

100% of the service value will be charged.
